We also are aware that even though you may fall in love with it online, once you get it in your hands it may not be exactly what you were looking for. If that is the case we are more than happy to receive a return for a full reimbursement within 15 days of receipt. We ship all our products via USPS Priority free (unless overseas), with the insured value of the purchase. We have been able to ship all over the world and have no problems thus far. Regarding the privacy of your information, we do not sell, rent or provide your information to anyone other than our own company.
