Welcome to Carats to Karat, the only jewelry store Nipomo, CA. We are privileged to have one of the last fully trained horologists (watchmakers) and jeweler of 35 years, on the central coast, James Simons. He and his wife Mary a graphics designer, strive to provide expert services in design and fair trade to our clients. We also have a recent addition of Craig A. Boisvert, a highly qualified jeweler and designer well known for his work on the Central Coast. In being the only jewelry store in Nipomo, Carats to Karat has added a much needed service to the area with custom design skills, jewelry and watch repairs as well as the fairest gold buying around. As owners of a 3D Printer and laser welder,​ we are able to accommodate a wide variety of services in the industry to our local community and our online clientele.
